🚦 Traffic Signal Update: MacDade Boulevard & Morton Avenue

Beginning Thursday, October 30th, new traffic signal timing will go into effect at MacDade Boulevard & Morton Avenue:
✅ Pedestrian Lead Time: Signals will now include a 5-second lead time for pedestrians to begin crossing before the light turns green for vehicles. This helps ensure pedestrians are more visible before traffic starts moving.
✅ Updated Signal Sequence: Through traffic will now proceed before left-turn signals in the new sequence.
Please use extra caution as everyone adjusts to the new signal timing. Thank you for your patience and for helping keep our roads safe!
New signs were put up at morton ave and macdade to yeald to pedestrians. They need to put the no turn on red on that sign also. Cars are turning on red as people are trying to cross at light. The no left turn at Arlington and macdade is a joke. The do not enter sign also doesn't apply to Amazon.
