Parties interested in filling the unexpired term of 6th Ward Commissioner Michael McCrea are asked to email contact@ridleytwp.org or drop off a letter of intent with resume to the Office of the Township Manager, Ridley Township Municipal Building, 100 E. MacDade Boulevard, Folsom, PA during normal business hours (excluding holidays) on or before Friday, November 4, 2022 at 4:00pm.
Under First Class Township Code, Article 5, Section (g), Vacancies in Office, the Board of Commissioners have thirty (30) days to fill such vacancy by appointing by resolution a registered elector of the ward in which the vacancy occurs. All appointed Commissioners shall reside in the ward in which the vacancy occurred and shall have resided in said ward continuously for at least one (1) year before appointment.
