DRY STORAGE

Dry storage is billed in two 6-month terms:

• November 1 to April 30

• May 1 to October 31

Each boat, trailer or RV is assigned a specific location.

Storage rates ($25 late fee per month)

• 19' and under $340

• 20' - 24' $360

• 25' - 29' $380

• 30' and over $420 plus $10 per foot

• Jet Ski (single) $250

Trailer storage for our slip holders: $100 for the season

Blocked boats are not permitted.

Boats more than 30 years old are not accepted, regardless of condition.

All boats in dry storage must be covered to keep out water and mosquitoes. Please leave the plugs out to prevent water buildup. This also helps us check yard security.

Thank you for your cooperation.
