To help improve our dry storage billing system, we will continue on a 6-month program

• November 1 thru April 30

• May 1 thru October 31

We will also assign specific locations for each boat/trailer/RV.

 

Storage rates are as follows: ($25.00 late fee per month)

• 19' and under $340.00

• 20' - 24' $360.00

• 25' - 29' $380.00

• 30' and over $420.00 each plus $10 per ft

• Jet Ski (single) $250

Trailer storage for our slip holders: $100 for the season

 

BLOCKED BOATS ARE NOT PERMITTED
We do not accept boats manufactured in 1990 or earlier, regardless of their condition.

We will require each boat in dry storage to be covered to prevent water and mosquitoes from entering. Please leave the plugs out to prevent water buildup. This will also enable us to check the security of our yard more efficiently.
